What we do
Grooming, head to tail
Every dog is different, so every groom is built around the coat, the breed and the temperament in front of us. Book a single service or a full groom.
-
Bath & tidy
The bath
A warm wash, blow-out and brush-through, with a light tidy of the face, feet and sanitary areas. The reset most dogs need between full grooms.
-
Full groom
Breed & style haircut
Bath, dry and a full haircut clipped or scissored to the breed standard or the length you like. Finished with a tidy and a once-over.
-
Nails & paws
Nail trim & pad care
Nails trimmed back, paw pads tidied and trimmed between the toes. Quick to book on its own when that is all you need.
-
Ears & eyes
Ear & eye cleaning
Ears cleaned and gently plucked where the coat calls for it, and the eye area wiped and trimmed clear so your dog can see.
-
De-shed
De-shedding treatment
A deeper bath and undercoat work for heavy shedders, pulling out the loose coat so there is far less of it on your floor.
-
Add-ons
Finishing touches
Teeth brushing, a paw balm, a spritz of cologne and a bandana or bow to send them home looking the part. Just ask when you book.
Pricing depends on size, coat and condition. Call (865) 692-2275 for a quote on your dog.
The groom
An unhurried morning for your dog
Grooming should be a calm part of a dog's week, not a stressful one. Here is how a visit to the salon usually goes.
-
01
Book by phone
Call the salon and tell us your dog's breed, size and what they are due for. We will find a time and walk you through what to bring.
-
02
Drop off
Bring your dog in for their appointment. We will say hello, talk through the cut and check the coat and skin before anything starts.
-
03
Bath, dry & style
Your dog is bathed, dried and groomed at a pace that suits them, with breaks as needed. Older and anxious dogs are handled gently.
-
04
Home looking sharp
We call when your dog is ready for pickup, clean, brushed and finished. Tell us how it went so the next groom is even better.

Good to know
Before your first visit
A few of the questions we hear most. Anything else, just call the salon and ask.
What dogs do you groom?
Dogs of every size and coat, from toy breeds to large dogs, puppies to seniors. When you book, tell us the breed and roughly how the coat is doing so we can plan the right amount of time.
How do I book?
Call the salon at (865) 692-2275 to set up an appointment, or send a request through the form on this page and we will follow up to confirm a time.
What should I bring?
Just your dog and their leash. If your dog is on any medication or has skin or behavior we should know about, mention it when you book. Most salons ask that dogs be up to date on their core vaccinations, so call ahead if you are unsure what to bring.
My dog is old or anxious. Can you still groom them?
Yes. Older and nervous dogs are groomed gently and at their own pace, with breaks as they need them. Let us know ahead of time so we can give your dog extra room.
How much does a groom cost?
Price depends on your dog's size, coat type and condition, so the fairest way to quote it is over the phone. Call (865) 692-2275 and we will give you a number for your dog.
Can you add teeth brushing or other extras?
Yes. Teeth brushing, paw balm, cologne and a bandana or bow can all be added to a groom. Just ask for them when you book.
